We kindly ask you to refrain from leaving gratuities as it undermines the structure of our living wage pay model. We include a 20% hospitality fee on each bill which goes directly towards paying our hardworking staff $27/hour. While the generosity of an additional tip is deeply appreciated, we are committed to creating a culture where no one feels obligated to leave more than their bill. Should you be sitting at the bar and leave a bit extra, the person sitting next to you might feel similarly compelled to leave more. For this reason we ask that no extra tip be left.
